Job duties include:

• Support design and implementation of RPA solutions, enhancing workflows and customer satisfaction.
• Work with technical teams to support, monitor, and maintain RPA solutions effectively using JAVA applications.
• Participate in requirement gathering, documentation, and communication with teams for project execution.
• Provide customer support and subject-matter solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure project deliverables meet business expectations.
• Engage in developing project timelines and maintaining progress to meet delivery goals.

• Analyze business needs and processes to recommend and implement efficiency-driven tech solutions, improving performance and usability.
• Conduct functional and systems analysis, feasibility studies, and design assessments to support the implementation of customized solutions for complex business problems.
• Design and develop systems to address business needs, including identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and overseeing the technical phases of solution development.
• Create and evaluate conceptual and functional models for new systems, and participate in the build, launch, and testing of these systems to ensure they meet operational goals.
• Contribute to the full-cycle tech implementation from strategy to deployment using SAP to drive business alignment.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT or related with at least 60 months of experience. Salary ranges between $125,029.00 to $128,000.00/year.
